Teachers make up our workforce, and they are all selected for their professionalism as well as their warm, sensitive dispositions. Our teachers take great pleasure in stimulating your child's innate curiosity in order to facilitate experiential learning. Every year, our team attends in-service training to stay current on the most recent developments in early childhood education. Additionally, we hold regular staff meetings every month, which are typically conducted on Sundays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. All of our main staff members have degrees or Diplomas in early childhood education or are pursuing diplomas in NTT and Montessori Teacher Training diplomas that are recognized by the Government of India. Our team receives first-aid training, at the start of each academic year.
A dedicated structured learning scheme each year, along with a regular, frequent, methodical routine of workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions conducted by subject matter experts and field specialists, empowers Cradle to Crayons instructors to become first-rate ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) facilitators. Our training program equips instructors with strategies that are easy to use with kids, practical, and successful.
